Our Story
Haley created pure passion dance after over 20 years of dancing in Calgary. Her passion for the “studio life” has only continued to grow over the years and has lead her to becoming a teacher right after high school, and now, entrepreneur. Having the opportunity to learn from so many incredible teachers and choreographers around the city has inspired her to also create a space for dancers to learn a variety of skills, technique, and all the other life skills that come along with dance. Some of her biggest dreams are just getting started and she is so excited to see what’s to come.
At pure passion dance we strive to teach our students the importance of hard work, accountability, dedication and teamwork all while enjoying their own unique journey. All of our teachers are life long learners who love sharing their passion for dance. We believe that every teacher and choreographer who walks through our doors will bring something special and unique that will make an everlasting impact on our dancers. Wether you are taking dance for fun or training at a highly competitive level your “why” is important to us and we strive to make everyones experience special.
We value training skilled, diverse and technical dancers, and also believe that no matter what our students pursue outside of the dance studio, that the lessons they have learned will carry with them throughout life. In our space we value respect, kindness, supporting others and strive to create great dancers and people. We look forward to season1 and hope to see our dancers and families smile, laugh, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
