In our intensive jazz class dancers focus on strength, flexibility, jumps, turns, and more. In addition to learning a variety of jazz skills, tips and tricks dancers will also learn about building stamina and strength. Dancers will go across the floor, work on centre skills, learn combinations and more. Dancers in this class will learn a blend of syllabus work while exploring and trying new skills. This Jazz technique class is designed to give you a challenge and take Jazz to new heights. 

Our intensive Acrobatic dance class is for dancers to learn a variety of acrobatic skills in a dance like manner. This class emphasizes on building strength to help our dancers with their acrobatic skills. In This class dancers will work on tumbling, limbering, contortion and more. Our intensive class follows the acrobatic arts syllabus in addition to creating and exploring our own skills. This Acrobatic class will give you a challenge to push yourself, create and try new things. 

Our intensive tap class is designed for dancers looking to give themselves a push in tap dance. Dancers in this class will learn a variety of tap steps while exploring the rhythmical aspect of tap. Dancers will work on exercises across the floor, in the centre, combinations and more. This class is intended to help our dancers learn to count a variety of music, push their technique and explore all the cool sounds and rhymes they can make in their shoes. 

Dancers in our intensive ballet will learn and build on the foundations of technique, while embracing the poise, structure and performance that comes with it. Dancers will have the opportunity to learn some of the most important skills that they will apply in all their other classes. 

Our Intensive Hip Hop is for those who love to groove authentically and learn choreography. Dancers in our Hip Hop classes will learn style, rhythm, self discovery and picking up choreography. Dancers in our hip hop program will get the opportunity to work with some incredible Hip Hop leaders and choreographers. 

Our Intensive Lyrical is for dancers to learn and excel in their technique while using emotion and story telling through their expression and movement. Each class dancers will work execrating their technique, learning combinations, improvisation and so much more.

Our intensive strength and stretch class is designed for dancers looking to build on their athleticism. We believe that dance is a sport and we think that it is important for dancers to train like athletes. This class will focus on helping dancers work on both their strength and flexibility in a balanced way.
